Service Platform

Our service platform enables the software to be used as an active business platform. In addition to managing customer data, it also offers service functionality and serves as an information point or assistant for sales and management. Access rights for all employees can also be controlled directly within this module. A search function provides an easy overview of the entire data stock in order to retrieve detailed information.

Structured Organization

Clients of different roles can be defined and stored in any organizational structure. For administration, a separate algorithm was implemented, through which the queries in the organizational structure were optimized.

Targeted Information

The customer base can include both private and corporate customers, personal data, any number of addresses and contacts, company data and also customers of the company. This allows a quick overview of selected persons or companies and simplifies the work for the bank.
